If you like to have a beer every so often, leave your cash at home if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your pocketbook, your wallet, and leave all money, credit cards and chequebooks out of the casino. Only take whatever cash you expect to spend on beverages, tipping and few dollars you intend to squander and leave the rest behind.
Pessimistic? Not at all. Just realistic. You might have a win following a boozy evening out with your acquaintances and be lucky enough to catch a 25 minute roll at a hot craps table. Keep that adventure considering that it is as short-lived as it gets if you consistently drink and bet. The pair simply don’t mix.
Leaving your money at home might be a little excessive, but defensive measures for dramatic behavior is required. If you gamble to succeed, then do not drink alcohol and bet. If you are able to afford to throw aside your money without a concern, then drink all the no charge booze your stomach are able to handle, but don’t pack charge cards and checks to toss into the mix of going after losses after your drunken self squanders all the cash!
Permit me to take this a single step further. do not consume alcohol and then jump on to the internet to bet in your favorite casino either. I love to cocktail from the coziness of my house, however seeing that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards near by, I can not drink and bet.
What’s the reason? Despite the fact that I do not drink alcohol to excess, when I consume alcohol, it is certainly adequate to cloud my common sense. I bet, so I do not drink when betting. If you are a drinker, do not wager when you do. When mixed, both create a ferocious, and expensive, cocktail.
